I've recently exposed my students to writing their own music. I have one student who is at risk of failing his academic courses for this year; however, in my piano class, he is excelling. Having chromebooks in my classroom for daily use can help provide an incentive for students like this do do well in other classes. I have several students in my chorus classes who are also really interested in music technology. Pairing these chromebooks with the keyboards in our piano lab can really help to enhance that learning experience. The use of these chromebooks in my music classes is a great way to innovate, engage and empower my students. Thanks for your support.
