My students need more resources at home! They need books to read while they are away from school. They need the opportunity to practice over and over again to read fluently and with expression. They need readers that are not just cute stories but ones that are leveled to their ability and progress. These books will help them practice reading at home. The flashcards will be put on rings and sent home in small sets for word and number practice. Many of my students are struggling with basic addition and subtraction. Providing these ringed flashcards will give them an opportunity to practice alone or with a sibling or other adult.
