My students currently have to share 3 computers and 2 tablets. We rotate their turns daily during reading and math. The children are never more engaged then when they are using technology to create a power point to teach about a current topic we are learning about or one that they are interested in learning about. My students need 5 more Fire 7 Kids Edition Tablets to create every day. They will use various apps on these tablets to make daily word work more engaging and also be able to record themselves reading, spelling sight words, as well as making short videos that teach a lesson for their classmates. We have so many fun math games that we can download to make practicing math facts more fun. They can also create their own games! They are so proud to share all of their creations with their friends, families and anyone who walks through our classroom door. It is so wonderful to see them so excited about a project they created.
