My students will be walking into a brand new kitchen classroom for the 2020/2021 school year. Even though the majority of the classroom will be new, we are only allotted a certain amount of funds. This mixer will be the perfect addition to my Nutrition and Cooking Unit! We currently have hand mixers that do the job, but make it hard to double batches and really get into the cooking spirit! The mixture will be perfect for our pizza dough lab and our carrot cake labs. Having a standing mixer will give the students the opportunity to use a kitchen tool that they may use in future careers or in their own homes.
