I love to teach science and my students love to do more hands on things that STEM bins can offer. Some of these things can get costly and time consuming to put together and I want to add these bins, book, and supplies to add to my STEM community in my classroom. STEM projects build a type of creative learning community within the classroom. I do weekly STEM projects, which require different types of supplies. The last one that I just did was just with paper and duck tape, where students had to build a tower to support a basketball for thirty seconds. The Maker Space cart contains different bins with lots of different supplies. The students will have better access to supplies with the Maker Space cart while they are doing projects.
