While visiting a maker's space at Sacramento City College, my students spied these cool bean bag cubes as flexible seating. We would use this flexible seating for collaborative sessions, industry speakers, community events, and occasional down time. The goal of our graphics lab, "The Grid" is to build a creative community for our artistic population. A space with gravitational pull and a place for them to call home. It is important that students feel comfortable in the space and have many opportunities to collaborate. The cubes will give students a fun and flexible way to conduct their designing in class.
