These books will enhance the amazing class discussions we have on these topics, historical figures, and cultures. My classroom library was also missing a few books that belong to a set that I added to my list as well. Students really enjoy reading these titles!! My goal is for every student to find a book that sparks their interest. In fact, all of these books have been chosen with my students in mind-I have watched them the past few years read titles just like these, and I have also asked them what type of books they would enjoy reading. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy independent reading time.
