These books will help our 1st graders get excited about reading. They are a combination of high-interest fiction books and well-crafted non-fiction texts that will enhance the children's home reading experience. Up to this point, we have been sharing black and white leveled books because our district is limited on funding. We know the children will be very motivated to increase their volume of reading with the colorful, dynamic books provided in this new selection of titles. They can also exchange titles to form book clubs around a character or subject.

About my class
