Our county launched The Going Global Initiative in 2011 where all students have access to 21st Century Technologies in order to overcome barriers to school success and to expand educational opportunities for all students in an increasingly interconnected environment. Every student K-12th grade has access to iPads or Macbooks. My students use their iPads to take test that are required, use learning apps, do research projects and many more things. My students need reliable headphones and storage pockets that go on the back of their chairs. My students sit at tables instead of individual desks. The headphones will help the students work without disruptions and the storage pockets will provide a much needed area to hold supplies they use daily.
