We are currently holding class in a spare room on a different campus within our district. However, the room has zero storage available. We are doing the best we can with what we have. My students start each day placing their bags in tidy rows against the wall. They normally end up tripping and sliding on the backpack area. Many of their current living situations also consist of digging through boxes, totes and piles daily. My students are so very resilient. The new cubbies will give my students a sense of normalcy within their classroom, as well as improve safety.
