My students live in a rural area and need opportunities to apply technology to the classroom. Currently, the classroom has one teaching computer. There are no student computers in the classroom. Students will spend the year working on ratios and proportions. The students need an opportunity to work together in a collaborative environment using math stations to help them excel in current math standards. Donor's choose will give my students an opportunity to work using technology that will be necessary to be productive in the work force. Increasing technology in the classroom will give my students a chance to compete globally in the workforce upon graduation.
