We are working with a small group of students in grades K - 5 to utilize art as a therapeutic outlet. The students will use various mediums to create art to focus on emotional regulation, emotional expression, social skills, trauma outlets, and other areas, as identified by students and staff. We will use the iPad provided by the corporation to create things and the 3D printer to make them tangible. In addition, we are painting and drawing different things too. The items that the students make will be reminders of what they have overcome and how much they have grown, academically and emotionally.

About my class
