By donating, you will give more than one to two students per class the opportunity to learn to fly our classroom drone. Because charging the one set of batteries takes longer than one class, a second set of batteries would allow us to change the batteries out and give twice as many students the opportunity to fly each class period. Our current batteries are over three years old and I fear that each flight will be our last one until I secure funding for new batteries. It takes two batteries to fly our drone. Aviation is the second leading industry in Oklahoma.
