“Can you show me how to do this?” Imagine hearing those words from 20 little voices and having to run and get a working marker and a piece of chart paper. My scholars learn best when examples can be clearly modeled. Additionally, many of my scholars are visual learners who need to both see and hear the material being taught. Your generous donation will help keep lessons appropriately paced without having to write out lengthy examples on a cramped white board or on chart paper. Having our own document camera and video projector will bring my lessons alive for my scholars. In a time when children are so technologically advanced, giving them more access to technology will help them to continue to grow in our ever changing world. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student engagement and focus, you will ultimately help to increase my scholar’s academic achievement.
