My students need a Light Table. We can use Magna-Tiles to provide hands-on experiences learning about light, color, and constructing. Having a light table will allow for different structures of learning in my classroom. Students cannot only create structures on the light table they can look at x-rays, trace letters, and other objects with the power of light. The students in my classroom engage in many activities in regard to building and science inquiry and having a light table in the classroom will encourage them to continue to experiment even more! A light table will help spark new and interesting conversations and help increase vocabulary.
