I’m raising funds to get a better table for my small groups in class. The table I have now is small and doesn’t allow much room for us to spread out and work cooperatively. As in most cases, this past year has created significant gaps in learning. Small group instruction allows me to work with smaller groups of students based on their level of understanding so I can cater better to their level of instruction. This kidney-bean table will allow us to spread out better and have more materials to work with, such as manipulatives. I teach 5th graders, and they can get fidgety, so the wobble chairs will allow them to fidget me still get some work done, safely.
