Reading impacts us throughout our life. Whether it is reading lab procedures in a science experiment, how to make our favorite recipe, or shopping for the next great outfit, students will need to understand clearly what is being stated. Great literature can help students develop key skills that carry them throughout their lives. But more importantly, the enjoyment of reading can take us on an adventure. This selection of children's literature is a mixture of graphic novels, biographies, historical fiction, and award winning selections. My goal is to enhance my classroom library and offer a wider selection to excite students.

About my class
