I am excited to have the opportunity to offer standing desks as a flexible seating option for my math students. Often students who require math intervention struggle with attention and focus. These stand up desks will allow them to stand and move while working on math activities and collaborative projects. Many of my students have been sitting all day and would welcome the chance to stand and work. I find that when students are free to move a bit, their learning increases. I am excited to watch the students enjoy math while using the stand up desks, either independently or collaboratively.
