My students are from a low income area, with little access to technology and things that most children take for granted. With the amazing apps, games, and online resources provided by the internet, I feel that I could transform our classroom center time into a more hands-on and fun experience for my students. They would use these tablets to practice their reading and literacy skills, practice and learn their math facts, and play games for rewards. Please consider helping out this first year teacher and her first graders in our quest for learning and becoming amazing readers and mathematicians!
