The iPads will be used to differentiate for my students. There are many apps that have reading books at their reading level. The students will be able to read a wide variety of genres at their level as well. The students will also be able to video record themselves reading to show their family and friends. There are also math apps to help struggling students gain the foundational skills needed in math. Counting, number ID, number sequencing and more are incorporated into many educational games that will be fun and enjoyable for students to play. These foundational skills are also needed for letters. Many education apps also incorporate letter ID, letter sounds, and sight words to better fit the needs of struggling students.
