I personally know how important it is to have a strong physical education program in the schools, I used to be obese. This 14 years ago I was 210 pounds, plus size 18-20, and living my life in the past until I discovered exergaming. I lost 75 pounds, went down 10 sizes, set 5 World Records, and have become an advocate to fight childhood obesity in the schools!

About my class
