I teach Family and Consumer Sciences in a very diverse district in the Finger lakes Region of NY. Over 60% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch, which qualifies the entire district for free breakfast and lunch. Despite all of the challenges these kids face both at school and at home, they still come in smiling and ready to learn everyday!
