Students will work together to solve math problems on their desktops ( that are white boards) and on paddles that they can hold up to share their answers. Students help each other to check their classmates work and fix mistakes. They enjoy writing out their work on the desks and show all the needed calculations that allow them to reach the desired answer. It was inspiring to watch how students will help each other by critiquing each others work. Students find a sense of confidence in their work and are proud of the work they have collectively done. Participation in the classroom is enhanced by these tools.
