Reading is one of my favorite hobbies, and I hope to teach all my students the value and importance in reading daily! These books will be used throughout the year in our classroom library. As a first year teacher, I do not have many books to start off with. These books will help fill the bookshelves in our classroom. Students will be able to read these books independently, as they grow and become fluent readers! Students will be able to discover how fun it is to read and how reading can take you places, all while learning valuable lessons! These books will make a huge difference in how my students will learn to find the main idea, theme, and other important academic parts in a book. They will also be used to teach students how to become better citizens using fun stories they are able to relate to.
