Our current resources are limited to old computers that are missing keys and function poorly in the classroom. New laptops will reduce frustration on the part of the student and ensure they have a quality tool to use in the classroom for extension activities as warranted by new or more interesting applications of material. It also allows for independent research for enrichment in the fields of science as new ideas and interests are opened. Since the kids cannot travel beyond their current city, it opens the world to them and allows them to experience interests on a broader worldly scope.
