My kindergarten classroom is filled with 29 bright eager to learn, English Language Learners. Ninety seven percent of my scholars receive reduce or free lunch and one hundred percent of my scholars are minorities. My students come from troubled homes, parents who work multiple jobs or live with apartments filled with family members. My classroom may have students with the odds against them, but in the classroom they give 100% into their education. My kindergartners are kindhearted, silly, fun, hard-workers, and become family to me.
