Students learning in the year 2019 have very different needs and requirements than those of us who were schooled in the 20th century. Increased emphasis on collaboration, technology, and expression has replaced compliance, rank and file, and other industrial era approaches to teaching and learning. For our students to learn at higher levels, their tools and resources must reflect the present and future they are heading toward. To that end, individual student desks and chair combinations (brown, aging, and outdated) must be replaced with furniture that reflects the workplaces they will transition to post graduation. Please bring us into the 21st Century!

About my class
