The Hydroponics Center is a mobile learning lab that can be used in winter months to help students learn about a wide variety of grade-level science standards. The Hydroponics Center will help foster collaborative project work between classes, assist in our Aggressively Organic partnerships, enhance our current Agriculture curriculum focus, and give teachers specializing in sustainability a forum in which to share ideas on how to grow plants without soil. This learning center would be an exceptional tool to help foster partnerships not only within the school, but within the community as well. This station is a new and unique learning tool.
