First graders learn math best by highly engaged, hands-on activities. My first graders need high quality math learning games to help close their learning gaps in math. With a bookcase, we will have space in our future portable building to replace class favorite games that were destroyed from Hurricane Harvey. It's all about creating fun experiences with numbers! Students cheer each other on through the positive environment math games bring. Not only do the games build on their math skills, but their self confidence as well. They make students excited to come to school because learning doesn't have to be drab---it can be fab!!

About my class
