My students need choice and flexible seating options to manage their active bodies throughout the school day. The desks and chairs will provide students who learn better on the floor a comfortable option to the standard desk or table. The exercise balls will help students at standard desks, who need to wiggle, maintain focus. The bands will convert standard chairs into another flexible option for my high energy students. The donations for this project will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, it will increase their academic achievement! Learning in the 21st century classroom can be difficult enough without seating options that distract. With optional flexible seating, students will be able to focus on the academics and learning will increase!
