Our school is a personalized learning school. We believe wholeheartledly in this approach. as it yields the best options to close the achievement gap. Using the personalized learning approach, students are not only met at their zone of proximal development, but they are encouraged to use their own voice and choice in choosing where and how they would like to learn. In order to keep teaching parallel with the ways students learn, our next step is to offer multiple seating options. This particular project will include bounce chairs for students that have high stimulation needs and personal floor desks, so that students can learn in the place that is most comfortable for them!
