Students will use the headphones while using the iPads to reinforce their phonics, reading, spelling, and math skills. Having headphones will allow students to sit next to each other without distractions. Most of the students can’t afford to bring headphones to school and many of the earbuds don’t fit their little ears properly. This project would definitely reduce the noise level in the classroom which will allow for better focus for all students. Students can work on their iPads near each other while other students can read, work in small groups, and do other independent work. The use of headphones will create an ideal learning environment.
