The iPads will aim to significantly enhance the learning and teaching of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) in 3-5 curricula along with universal centers and classroom differentiation and intervention. In Mathematics, we are looking at supporting students' mathematical learning in the area of fractions as well as helping integrate with ADD-Vantage (AVMR). In order to maximize our Math interventions, we are looking to obtain engaging programs that reinforce our teaching and allow students to work independently. These programs will help students experience success while filling in their learning gaps. Our classroom desires iPads because the apps developed are educational games only found on iPads. Grades 3-5 do not have everyday access to iPads.
