As a first year teacher, one of the most exciting aspects of teaching I have found to be is the conversations I have with my students. I truly was not expecting to engage in such profound conversations with such little people. Although, they have become masters at visualization my kids would be ecstatic at the chance to play a game consisting of little protons and electrons. The globe I am requesting would be awesome and surely will help me end the ongoing debate on whether or not the Earth is flat or indeed round. The same way the poster of the human body will help me explain how in the world it is possible for us humans to fit all 206 bones into our bodies! I have successfully turned 50% of my kids into mini-science geeks as am I, adding visuals will truly enhance their learning as well as the quality of our classrooms conversations and discussions.
