These seat pockets will jumpstart the student's organizational skills. These seat pockets will have all the students supplies and materials at their fingertips at a moments notice. Having their materials close at hand will help them get started on their reading writing and arithmetic. The listening center will provide motivation and information to listen to leveled books as an alternative to reading, which many of my students tend to struggle with on their own. Having supported reading through demonstration gives the students an example of how the rhythm of the story is to be addressed and helps them gain understanding of the storyline.
