They also help foster cooperation, team building, and appropriate social interaction among students. Open ended activities promote excellent language opportunities for students. Creative building encourages students to share their ideas and explain to others about their projects. Both oral and written language skills will flourish. Listening skills will also benefit as students work together to create projects. By carefully listening to their peers, children will properly engage with others to offer encouragement, praise, and problem solving solutions when problems arise.
