They'll believe it when they see it! Students need technical experience with the tools of biology. Microscopes are so important to the study of biology, but what good are they without slides?! I teach AP Biology (11th and 12th grade) and Honors Biology (10th grade), and I am trying to build the AP Biology program to better develop the potential of my students! In our rural area, college scholarship opportunities mean a lot to our students, and AP classes can help them standout on college applications, and perform better when they reach college. Help me help my students!
