I will be using the desired books above for my student’s literacy block. When our staff discovered this reading curriculum we were so pleased to see it not only align with the state standards but also be extremely engaging! My students need books they can relate to! I particularly appreciate the variation of the books from fiction, nonfiction, poetry, tall tales, and biographies. They all will give the students plenty of practice with comprehension, fluency, and grammar. The books will help the students improve their reading levels and our understanding of so many genres. I look forward to having a hard copy of these books for my students to refer rather than having to project the books through a 2nd party reading it to them via YouTube.
