After celebrating the Hour of Code with my students, I knew the next step was to create more opportunities to apply this skill in my library! The robots purchased with this grant will give my students the interactive hands-on experience to see the beauty and power of coding and inspire them to pursue this activity further! Even though we are preparing children for jobs that do not yet exist, we do know technology will play a role. This highly interactive project will naturally engage excitement for technology. It is my fervent hope that our children will find joy in coding!
