Math and Science are favorite subjects for my young learners. They enjoy building and creating. This project is based around STEM. The materials requested will help them understand the State Standards that they are responsible for knowing in the second and third grade. My students created this project themselves and are eagerly awaiting donations. They are especially excited about the Light Cube. We have a unit of animal study and they will get to see animal x-rays. Also, counting see-thru math manipulates will make math more interesting. STEM learning toys will keep my students busy while learning. They enjoy open-ended materials such as Legos to build intricate structures. It’s amazing to see what my students build when they have the opportunity to use their imaginations. I’m excited to share pictures of their work once this project is funded. We hope to have this project funded to help make learning fun!
