I am requesting leveled reading material because my students need a variety of books that are on and/or around their reading level to practice in order to become successful readers. These leveled readers will provide my students the opportunity to build their self confidence as readers. With these leveled readers my students will have a variety of books to read independently. They will also expose them to a wide range of vocabulary. These leveled reading books will assist in strengthening my guided reading instruction and ultimately prepare students for future reading adventures. I believe these leveled readers will help spark interest and excitement in my students as they learn to become life long readers!

About my class
