Our science curriculum is Earth Science. My students need to be able to see all the places around the world that make our planet unique. Having quick access to globes is essential. Students need to be able to visually see where the Ring of Fire is! Need to see what latitude we live on! Need to see the tilt that gives us our seasons! It's much more difficult to see these things on a flat map. It's also more difficult when we only have 1 globe in the room. My goal is that every pair of students has a globe within reach!
