My school is a Cincinnati Public School located in Price Hill. All students (100%) receive free lunches due to their family's socioeconomic status. Very few students bring in the necessary school supplies which are needed for a successful school year. Besides the financial struggles my students face, about 80% are English Language Learners, who have very little exposure to the English language outside of school. All of the students in my classroom come to school daily eager to learn.
