Using guiding principles such as ukelele fundamentals, basic music theory, music notation, and a little bit of magic, not only will students explore a new instrument, they will get to compose their own original songs! With a class set of ukeleles, we'll be winning a Grammy in no time! Students, however, can't express their musicianship without the motivation and means to do so. Sure, we can sing songs. Sure, we can drum on buckets. Nothing, however, beats seeing a student miraculously strumming chords to their own passionate lyrics. Nothing beats seeing the expressions of stage fright turn into complete stardom.

About my class
