Having 32 Fourth graders, it is sometimes difficult to get them to focus on their work when they are confined to just a desk and chair. Flexible seating is a very popular option as of late and I would love an opportunity for my students to be able to have this experience as well. Flexible seating in the classroom allows students to move around as needed while still being able to focus on their work. This seating is also great for collaboration which is one of our favorite things to do in the classroom! I have chosen items such as wobble chairs, stools, and yoga balls that I feel will be effective options of flexible seating for my students, we are excited for this change in the classroom environment!
