We are a Title One school, and my students come from low socio-economic backgrounds, so they are not given the same educational opportunities as their peers. BUT, this does not limit their potential. I teach such bright, intelligent, creative, caring children who want to learn but just do not have all the resources needed to be successful. Many of my students need intervention and help in various areas; such as math and reading. To aid them in troubled areas, we have many educational websites to help "fill in their gaps", but I do not have the headphones that enable them to access these computers in class. If my students had headphones they could successfully complete their individualized instruction on the laptops and computers we have been provided. So I am asking for donors to provide low cost headphones to my classroom. Thanks in advance!
