These seating options will provide a comfortable space for students to focus on social emotional learning activities. Learning vulnerable subjects such as self-esteem, friendship, navigating family dynamics, and academic success skills can be challenging. Supporting a comfortable environment to promote students to share and learn promotes their overall success! Our students will be needing social emotional support now more than ever. I serve 520 Title I elementary school students. This year, I will be providing a safe emotional space for up to 16 small groups, as well as individual counseling.
