Using colored mesh vests and flag belts during team activities is a way all students will be able to participate without the worries of trying to remember teammates and opponents. I feel the students will become more engaged in activities that will enhance team building skills. It's always about how you present something to a student that will determine the outcome. I love making class and learning competitive. It allows determination to come out of the students, thus allowing teachers to assess students to see if new knowledge was retained and understood. Team building activities also allow students to prepare for the real world and how to address different situations. Flag belts will be used to teach flag football to both genders, but definitely expose girls to the game of football.
