These items will increase the amount of opportunities students have to try the skills that we learn. Having these balls/discs will let all students practice at the same time instead of sharing a ball between multiple students increasing their activity time by 50% or more!! Many students don't get the recommended 60 minutes of activity per day at home so I want to maximize that time as much as I can while they are with me. The speed ladders and long jump mat will help us explore ways to measure and improve our performance so we can always strive to get better!
