Our classroom library is a little out-of-date. I am a new teacher and my classroom library was donated by a retired 2nd grade teacher. This teacher taught for 30+ years and our books are from a very wide range of years. My students love to read, however, my library does not have many of the books that truly interest my readers. This list of books has been created by my students based off of common interests in our classroom, as well as different reading levels that are evident in my classroom. This project will help students gain more interest in their reading and provide my students with a greater variety of books in our classroom library.
